Set on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, our yogis dove deeper into their understanding of yoga and meditation... as well as diving head first into the warm ocean waters.

Through different movement styles we explored ACRO yoga, an Inversion & Arm Balance workshop, a Movement Flow method workshop, restorative yoga, Power Yoga, and Sound Healing all as modalities to both heal and reinvigorate our zest for life. I'm so grateful to have shared, explored, and grown together as a community and collective, to help make the world a better place, one yogi at a time.
