Join me for a once-in-a-lifetime experience on a yoga retreat in Limon, Costa Rica. Set on the Caribbean side, we will be diving deeper into the understanding of yoga and meditation... as well as diving head first into the warm ocean waters.
Exploring the 7 deadly sins, each day we will tackle what that “sin” means to you and interpret it in our yoga and breathwork classes. I'm so excited to share, explore, and grow together as a community and collective, to help make the world a better place, one yogi at a time.

*SANSA AIR PUDDLE JUMPER
There is a small airline company called SANSA AIR I highly recommend – take a puddle jumper flight from San Jose to Limon. It's a 40-minute flight instead of a 4 hour bus ride.
It is an extra cost but it saves time and stress! Your baggage will be loaded onto and taken off the plane in front of you and it seats 12-14 people.

EARLY BIRD SPECIALS MUST PAY A 50% DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE* THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE INVOICED AND DUE BY AUGUST 12, 2024.
If paying FULL PRICE, the deposit is $500 and IT IS refundable up to (2) months before the Retreat (AUGUST 12, 2024). After this date your deposit will not be refunded to you. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 12TH, 2024.
